Our appointment policies ensure that we can serve you effectively while respecting everyone’s schedule.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in and discuss your needs fully.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer that time slot to other clients.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee, as we aim to respect our time and resources and those of our clients.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
